  Answer : Yes, it is machine washable.

• Question : How firm is this pillow? does it sink in when your back is against it?
  Answer : It is firm. You will not sink in. I put my pillow on top of it for cushion.
• Question : I suffer from chronic back pain; looking for a firm pillow to support my cervical & lumbar spine while seated in bed with my laptop. Will this work?
  Answer : I find it supports my back well. I think it's a personal preference., but it's worth a try.
• Question : Why is this item not considered HSA-eligible?
  Answer : Every HSA is different. My HSA, you need to have a specific RX for items other than co-pay
• Question : Can you sleep on your side with this pillow?
  Answer : I did not find it comfortable sleeping on my side with this, even with a pillow. Due to the angle, it put a lot of pressure on my lower back and hip when I tried to sleep on my side. It caused my hip/lower back to bend in a way that isn't very supportive or comfortable for sleeping. It was great as long as I was sleeping on my back.
• Question : The original wedge arrived damaged but the packing looked fine. It expanded when opened. I can’t send it back now.
  Answer : I sent mine back without the packaging
• Question : Can I return this item in a large garbage bag since it expands and you cannot fit back into the box?
  Answer : If you go to UPS, they usually provide what you need but I would contact the seller first. I don’t believe a garbage bag would be feasible.
• Question : Is this wedge pillow and cover organic?
  Answer : No I don't believe so. It isn't very comfortable. I would've resourced mine but waited too long
• Question : I have to be on bedrest for a few months to help prevent preterm labor. Is this a good wedge to use while laying in bed so long?
  Answer : I find this very comfortable and adjustable. Not knowing the requirements to help with your condition I can’t say it’s “good for bed rest” but it is a very well built pillow and I’d recommend it.
