Household Essentials Storage Trunks Editorial Review
This trunk measures 29 inches wide, 18.25 inches high, and 16.25 inches deep. The interior measures approximately 17.75 inches high, 28 inches wide, and 15.75 inches deep. It is made of MDF wood and is not very sturdy. It can hold up to 30 pounds of weight on the bottom but is not recommended for use as a toy box. It is suitable for storage or as a decorative piece. The trunk is functional and cute, but it has many flaws and is wobbly. The cedar smell is a nice touch, but some customers complained of a foul odor coming from the trunk. Some customers received the package with cracks on the trunk, and others received a broken product after four months of use. The lid fit crookedly, and the materials used were very thin. It is not recommended to use this trunk as a seat. The chest comes already assembled.
