  Answer : There is a power indicator on the battery. You can charge the battery when there is only one bar of power left on the power indicator.

  Answer : I just used the drill on my walls inside the house. I needed to hang a sign. Works great!! Not 100% sure about the concrete block wall...but this tool is strong and study...

  Answer : I'm not sure this will help you, but the box says that the drill voltage is DC-20V and the charger voltage is 120V/60Hz. Battery voltage is 20V.
