• Question : In the US, will it monitor stress levels continuously and automatically or only on demand? Same goes for SpO2.
  Answer : BPM, Stress, and SpO2 are monitored 24/7. BPM can be updated at user-selected frequencies. Stress and SpO2 updates are locked at 5 minutes. During sleep, BPM updates every minute and Stress/SpO2 update every 5 minutes. Manual updates can be taken at any time while awake. Auto-updates are taken if the arm is motionless for five or more minutes. Band 5 monitoring is the same but without BPM Activity Detection Feature.
• Question : I'm seeing several reviews saying it doesn't pair well with the app. How often does this happen? I'm on Android.
  Answer : The pairing issue seems to be happening sometimes. Make sure to select 'band' instead of 'watch' from the device list on the app for manual sync. There is a possibility of confusion, and a small sticker reminder could prevent this.
• Question : Any way to stop/remove Alexa from this watch? Want to try this brand out, but Alexa integration is stopping me.
  Answer : Yes, you can choose not to connect your Alexa account to the app and watch. Simply skip the connection. You can also choose not to connect other features like telephone/contacts or app notifications.
• Question : Will the Band 7 be getting music control?
  Answer : Music control functionality is currently not available on the Amazfit Band 7. It might require a software update in the future.
• Question : Where is the screen duration setting? It times out before I get to see test results!!
  Answer : You can adjust the screen duration. If this Fitness Tracker is better than the Halo, then you might be interested. The Halo lacks the ability to stop the screen from turning off and has potential issues with water exposure.
• Question : Does Alexa connect through your phone or wifi?
