• Question : What type of power can be used to operate the feeder?
  Answer : Two AA batteries or a USB cable can be used to operate the feeder.
• Question : What types of food are suitable for this feeder?
  Answer : Most types of food like flakes, crisps, pellets and graduals are suitable.
• Question : Can the feeding volume be adjusted?
  Answer : Yes, it can be easily adjusted by pushing the feeding adjusting cap.
• Question : Feeding just one betta 3 1/2 gal how small amount can you adjust down to?
  Answer : If you are pellet feeding then you can adjust the setting just to let out a few pellets at a time. You can change the intervals so that you can feed a small amount at a time so that you’re giving the fish just a bit and stretching it out over the day. You can set it to dispense food at 8, 12, and 24 hour intervals.
• Question : Is there a video or online instructions for how to connect to Wi-Fi? Any information on what usb voltage to use?
  Answer : 5 volt
• Question : How wide can you open the vice part might have to modify?
  Answer : Just use the feeding adjusting cap to increase or decrease the feeding volume. It is suitable for most sizes and types of food like flakes, crisps, pellets, graduals etc.
• Question : How do u turn it off
  Answer : You have to unplug the power line and take out the battery.
• Question : Light goes out, i push 24 hr option and the light flashes but when i check the next day, no light is on.
  Answer : When you press any of the timer buttons they should flash until you changing a timer setting. The manual button will not flash. If it flashes when you initially set it but does not stay flashing, I would check the batteries and make sure they are fresh. Should be no other reason for the timer to stop.
• Question : How do you reset feeder settings to completely stop auto feeding?
  Answer : Its prefixed. The time settings are buttons so you can press any button any time to change setting. To stop, don't plug it and be sure there's no battery. There's a button for on demand feeding.
• Question : Can u use larger floating stick for an Oscar fish?.. I will be gone for a week
  Answer : The feeding container can keep at least 2 months.
• Question : About how long do the batteries last when only using batteries?
  Answer : I've had my batteries in use on the 12 hour setting for over a year.
• Question : So it has to be plugged in all the time? It doesn't have a power supply that stays charged?
  Answer : Hi, this feeder does not have battery which can be charged repeatedly. It has two ways for power supply, by two AA battery (not included) and by power plug.
• Question : How long is the usb cable and what is the size of the feeding ring
  Answer : The length of the usb cable is 6.6 feet, the feeding ring size: 4inch*4inch
