• Question : Where is the power switch? Do you have to hold the power switch when using like Dyson?
  Answer : No, just push it once and have fun!
• Question : Why is there no option to purchase an extra battery? Gonna have to return then....
  Answer : I’ve done a lot of research, but I’m not able to find an extra battery pack.
• Question : It looks to be the same battery as a Greenworks 24 volt, can anyone verify?
  Answer : I have tried finding an extra battery, thinking that the manufacturer would offer that …..no such luck!
• Question : How do you know what the battery lights are? Nothing is documented anywhere
  Answer : There is a light that comes on the battery when you put it on the charger. Indicates it is charging. The sweeper has LED lights on the power head. Only works on a fully charged battery.
• Question : Can you stand it up without it leaning on something?
  Answer : It is a little top-heavy with the battery up there. I tried it and it does for a little bit ha. Hope this helps.
• Question : Is the charger 110-240 V, or only 110?
  Answer : This is the information off the charging cable. 24V LITHIUM-ION BATTERY CHARGER. INPUT: 120V ~50/60HZ 0.5A OUTPUT: 24.0V=0.5A 12.0W I hope this helps.
• Question : Does it work on ruggable rugs?
  Answer : I have used it on all kinds of rugs i have a couple of shaggy rugs that it does very well on. Very please with it!
• Question : Where can I buy an additional battery and charger?
  Answer : I suggest contacting bissell themselves. I contacted them about getting a new filter and since the vacuum is new, they don’t have them yet.
• Question : What kind of wall mount can I get for this?
  Answer : Mine came with a wall mount.
