- Question : Will this spreader work with powder products?Answer : Our spreader is not recommended for powdered products as it is designed for granular materials. Powdered products can cause clogging of the grass seeder. We may develop a spreader specifically for powder in the future.
- Question : Can this spreader handle diatomaceous earth?Answer : This spreader works well with grass seed and granular materials. However, diatomaceous earth is extremely fine and may not feed well to the spinner. The spreader is adjustable, but due to the fine nature of diatomaceous earth, it may create a cloud subject to even the slightest breeze.
