  Answer : No, the dabbsson is strictly a 110/120v 50/60 Hz battery system. The inverter does not support 240v.

  Answer : In the video of City Prepping the filed test shows that DBS2300 has 84% AC efficiency. However, in order to protect the battery, extend the battery lifespan and avoid excessive discharge. When DBS2300 discharges to 5%, it will display 0% and lock 5% of the battery out of use. At the same time, the charging efficiency from 99% to 100% is relatively low. Therefore, when charging to 99%, we display 100% of the battery, but there is still 1% of the capacity that is not fully charged. In the logic of this algorithm, there is a 6% discharge efficiency error. In response to this issue, we are planning to launch a new version to optimize this AC efficiency issue and DC efficiency. We estimate it will take about 2 weeks to launch the new version via OTA update on the APP.   Answer : Yes. When you connect the grid power to the AC Input Port of the product through an AC cable, you can power electrical devices through the AC Output Port (AC power will come from the grid and not the power station in this situation). In case of a sudden blackout, the product can automatically switch to the battery powered supply mode within 15ms.
