- Question : How fine is the ice?Answer : It's about average snow cone sized ice chunks. Some are larger chunks, but on average it is pretty good at consistency when it is crushing the ice.
- Question : The description says that it holds 12 ice cubes. Does that fill the box? Can you put thru 12 cubes, then add another 12 to get enough ice? ThanksAnswer : The spout that feeds the ice to be crushed would hold about 12 cubes by itself. So once you crush 12 ice cubes you can add more to be crushed into the box.
- Question : Compare to Disney frozen machine to what is your top of the lineAnswer : I don't have the Disney frozen machine but I can't imagine any brand being better than this Cuisinart!
- Question : How hard is it to clean upAnswer : It is pretty easy to clean with a few paper towels.
- Question : The ice the video shows is wet in the bowl, can I skip that step and put in directly from freezer?Answer : You can put the crushed ice in the freezer. When ready to actually use you will need to let it defrost a little, or re-crush it in the machine to make it faster.

I would go to Cuisinart site where there should be a place to ask questions or call the company direct for your question to be answered.
- Question : Would this work for grinding dry kibble dog food?Answer : This unit does not actually grind, it uses a blade to chop the ice. It seems that it would work well for your usage.
- Question : Will this make wine slushies?Answer : This is a snow cone maker, it only grinds ice. Any flavoring to the ice is added on top.
- Question : Is it shaved iceAnswer : Not really. It’s a step above the crushed ice most fridges make. I was really disappointed in this machine.

The Cuisinart Snow Cone Machine is an affordable and easy to use product that makes snow cones, slushies, frozen lemonades and other frozen drinks. The ice produced is not as fine as shaved ice, but still suitable for snow cones. It comes with 4 reusable plastic cones and 12 paper cones. Customers generally found the product to be easy to set up and use. Some customers used the plastic cones alone or with paper cones inside, and the scoop was found to work well. Syrup was found to be good, although high in sugar content. The product was particularly popular in hot climates. One customer mistakenly thought the machine was broken as they had not replaced the ice tray. Overall, the product received positive reviews and was well-received by customers.
