• Question : Are your paints dishwasher-safe?
  Answer : Some of our brands are formulated to allow them to be baked to become dishwasher safe. Follow the instructions on Americana Multi-Surface Satin, DecoArt Glass Paint, DecoArt Gloss Enamels, and Americana Decor Chalky Finish for glass to make these products dishwasher-safe.
• Question : What paints can I use outside?
  Answer : Our Patio Paint Outdoor and Americana Multi-Surface Satin paints are formulated to work well outside without the need for a sealer.
• Question : Where are your products made?
  Answer : Our paints and mediums are formulated, tested, bottled, and labeled in our factory in the U.S.A.
• Question : Can I prime a stretch canvas with water-based acrylic paint and then put resin over it?
  Answer : Yes, you can paint a canvas with water-based acrylic paint and when dry, put a resin coating on top of it. We recommend doing a small test area to ensure compatibility with the products.
• Question : What should I consider when using resin on a canvas?
  Answer : Resin is heavy and can cause the center of a canvas to sag. To avoid this, reinforce the canvas by placing a piece of cardboard inside the back. Wood panels are a great option for using resin as they have no risk of pooling or sagging.
