  Answer : Up to 10 numbers
• Question : Is it safe for use on all surfaces?
  Answer : No, it may discolor paint, plastic, and fiberglass. Use with caution.
• Question : Can it be used in California?
  Answer : No, it is not for sale or use in California.
• Question : How much of this product do you use per gallon of fuel?
  Answer : Every oz of Klutz Octane Booster per gallon of gas, raises the octane by 2-1/2 points. So, if you are looking to increase your octane by 2-1/2 and your car holds 25 gallons, then you would have to use 25 oz of Klutz. If you were looking to increase your octane by 1 point and your car holds 25 gallons of gas, then you would only have to use 10 oz of Klutz.
• Question : Can this be used in a 2013 ford taurus 3.5 l v6 n/a that takes 87 fuel?
  Answer : Raising the octane on a na engine designed to run on low octane fuel(because the engine is compression is low), is an absolute waist of money, and your fuel mileage will NOT go up. In fact your fuel economy will most likely go down. These are facts, and anyone that would tell your otherwise has no clue as to what they're talking about. The ignorance of some people is astounding. The higher the octane rating, the slower the burn control rate. If the fuel burns slower than it should, your engine designed for 87 octane will in fact run less efficient. You may not actually 'feel' it, but your engine will. So by allowing the burn rate down on a 9.5:1 compression engine for example, you in fact lose power. Don't listen to these clowns that don't know what they're talking about.
• Question : Does this product contain MMT? And has anyone pulled plugs after extensive use, is it orange?
  Answer : No, it does not contain MMT. If it did we could not claim it is catalytic and O2 sensor safe. Yes, I have pulled plugs on engine running MMT and they are orange. Ours will not be.
• Question : Contents? What does it have in it?
  Answer : Have no idea what super stuff is in it, but I add it to my 427 and it gives it that extra boost. Highly recommend it for added hp. If it says 5oz that's all you adjust saying.
• Question : Will this take pump gas all the way to 116 if enough is added?
  Answer : Yes! 1 gallon 87 octane unleaded regular you would need 12 ounces of octane booster to obtain 116.
• Question : Does this burn sooty? Has anyone checked their plugs after using this?
  Answer : I run this in a 2007 Shelby mustang. Burns clean and does not cause any check engine lights to come on, put some in my lawn mower because in was sputtering and the plug went from black to a nice tan color. Does give 93 octane a little extra kick. I am on about the 5th gallon in the car and add it to cheap gas for the mower. If you are going to get it order something to measure the correct amount.
• Question : Will this be okay for a 2001 dodge Dakota 3.9?
  Answer : It'll work fine in any gas fueled motor.
• Question : How long is the shelf life of this product?
  Answer : Pretty much indefinite if left sealed in the can. Product will turn dark after time.
• Question : Would this be suitable for a 2 stroke pit bike?
  Answer : I’ve never used it on a two stroke. I don’t know how it would affect the mixture ratio. I highly recommend it as a fuel stabilizer or an octane booster for 4 stroke engines.
• Question : After first use in tank, when should I repeat?
  Answer : Klotz Octane boost is not a one-time treatment product. Although it is multi-functional, it is designed to improve the octane of fuel for engines that require more than what straight fuel can provide. You would use this all the time.
