Nutricost offers Tauroursodeoxycholic Acid (TUDCA) derived from Cholesterol, which helps protect the liver from toxins. The product is synthetic Tudca and is tested for quality and safety. The product is recommended for liver support and works better for bile flow than ox bile. The product is not vegan as the capsule is gelatin. However, the size of the capsule is slightly fatter than your average herbal supplement, and can cause distress if stuck in the esophagus. The product is recommended to be taken followed by a bite of food. The product is good for the body, especially if you take anabolics. The recommended protocol is 8oz of apple juice with 2 tsp of ACV in the morning and 1x 250mg Tudca pill before bed, which needs empty stomach for thinning of bile. There are mixed reviews about the product, where people are seeing results, but others don’t feel any difference on taking it. Some buyers have also highlighted that the product is expensive, and the size of the capsule is not ideal.
