  Answer : If your batteries are next to each other, you can jumper them in parallel, so you have the charger maintaining all 3 at once. You do want to have all 3 fully charged before doing this. A suggestion would suggest you take a voltage measurement now and record it.

  Answer : Not knowing from watts, it can be said that it can be plugged into a standard 120 Volt receptacle and waited for it to charge the completely drained battery which takes a bit more than 24 hours.
