• Question : What is the capacity of the water tank?
  Answer : The water tank has a capacity of 17ml.
• Question : Can I use this fan without the mist?
  Answer : Yes, you can use the fan without the mist by simply not activating the mist mode.
• Question : How long does the battery last?
  Answer : The battery lasts for approximately 3-4 hours on a single charge, depending on usage.
• Question : When I fill the water bottle, how long does water last?
  Answer : About 2 hours on continuous use.
• Question : Can you use it when plugged in charging?
  Answer : Yes, its a great little fan and the misting facility is fun.
• Question : Can it work with standard batteries or can it only be used when charging via USB?
  Answer : USB charging only. It is a very good product. The lithium battery is included.
• Question : How do you know when the battery is low?
  Answer : Hard to tell. It just dies on you. But it will go on for an hour or in short bursts. It's easy to recharge though and is a brilliant fan otherwise. Those lights it has are pretty pointless having said that.
• Question : Is there any indication that the fan is charging?
  Answer : Yes. There should be a red light showing when it’s charging and a blue light once it’s ready.

  Answer : Hi, It’s not really a night light but like a LED light that changes color in a rainbow so it gives off a cool party vibe but I guess it could be used at night to see better. The way you activate the lights is by double clicking the button and it should turn on and you double click it again to turn it off. Hope this helps :)
• Question : What is the difference between Royal Blue and Upgraded Royal Blue?
  Answer : Don't know. However, this handset is very dark blue. My previous one was very slightly lighter. Hope this helps.
• Question : How long does the battery last once fully charged?
  Answer : Several hours. It's hard to keep track as I use mine for short bursts for my hot flushes, but I reckon I charge it every 5-7 days and it runs for maybe 8-10 hours on high speed between charges. I have 2 fans and keep 1 charged but in a drawer for emergencies and sometimes it's months before I need to use it, I've always been impressed with how well the fan holds its charge. I'd really struggle to function without this amazing fan!!!
• Question : Why is the black version way more expensive than the others?
