• Question : I tried to drain the tank and tilted it on every side but I still hear water inside. Absolutely no more water will come out. Is that a problem?
  Answer : No, it is not a problem. Just be careful not to let the machine run without water.
• Question : Is it possible to add hydrogen peroxide to water inside unit?
  Answer : No, it is not recommended to add anything but water to the unit. For cleaning the boiler, use white vinegar with water.
