  Answer : This frother runs continuously while I have the button pushed. Make sure batteries are fresh.

  Answer : At first I had that issue too. Because I had the batteries the wrong way. But fixed it then it worked.

  Answer : This milk frother uses 2 AA batteries. For the first battery the positive (+) point should be upward and fully inserted, the second battery the positive (+) point should be downward and fully inserted.
• Question : Just got the thing today put in the batteries and can't shut it off. Does anyone know how to shut it off?
  Answer : Should NOT be on when you install the batteries. The push switch on the top of the frother is a momentary switch that must be depressed and held when you want the mixer to operate. You have a defective unit.
• Question : What size AA batteries? I am trying to put two AA20, it is not fitting.
  Answer : This milk frother uses 2 AA batteries. For the first battery the positive (+) point should be upward and fully inserted, the second battery the positive (+) point should be downward and fully inserted.
• Question : Is the handle stainless steel like the twister?
  Answer : The handle of the Milk Frother is not stainless steel, it's plastic. Only the whisk part is stainless steel.
