However, the oil may contain nutrients that are not present in the grounded matter. It depends on individual needs.

  Answer : I used the earlier version of this product before this version was developed using soy. Since adding soy, I stopped using it due to soy's impact on my thyroid issues and arteries. I am currently looking for a replacement.
