  Answer : the niacinamide with zinc, yes it is. but it does dry and the stickiness feelings goes away. (and it REALLY works. my pores are very noticeabley smaller as well as maune 80% of the sebum plugs have cleared up!) I will say though, these products are ALOT cheaper on sephoras website.
