  Answer : You have to contact the seller and make a report of not receiving the merchandise.

  Answer : No, it does not. Instructions are easy and simple. Remove old connection, strip the cable, insert into terminal holder, tighten securely, and attach to the battery.
• Question : Are small post 3/8 or 5/16?
  Answer : As long as it's top post.
• Question : Country of origin?
  Answer : The product has no markings at all. The box says Singapore.
• Question : Made in?
  Answer : No markings on the product. The box says company name Singaro which I looked up. It is located in Singapore.
• Question : Will this work on the Nissan frontier 2010 D40?
  Answer : I installed this on a 2008 Toyota Tacoma. Just make sure you have enough cable left to reach the battery terminals.
