The Krylon Lacquer Paint is highly recommended for its durability and scratch resistance. It is possible to use the product on a painted desk, but testing is recommended to ensure it does not lift the existing paint. The lacquer paint is not recommended for use on glass or tub surrounds. It requires lacquer thinner for clean up and can be used to change the color of lacquer furniture. Some customers found the spray heads to be inconsistent or splattering.
