  Answer : No, they are not.
• Question : Is it permanent on the surface?
  Answer : It depends on the surface type.
• Question : Where are these markers made?
  Answer : They are manufactured in Japan.
• Question : Can this be used on a mirror?
  Answer : Yes, these markers write on paper, glass, ceramic, textile, wood, plastic, and more! They will write on mirrors. Just clean and dry well before marking!
• Question : Does the markers work on pumpkins?
  Answer : Yes, these and Montana markers will work on pumpkins. Make sure the surface of the pumpkin is clean and dry. A painted/primed surface would work even better.
• Question : Can I use these pens to paint engraved silicone watch bands? If so, how can I seal the paint?
  Answer : No, these pens cannot be used to paint engraved silicone watch bands.
• Question : Can these be used over porcelain dishware and is the result dishwasher safe?
  Answer : The pens are water-soluble, so even though they work well on porcelain, putting them in the dishwasher wouldn't work unless you put a seal over it, such as dishwasher safe mod podge.
• Question : Is the paint able to blend/are there tricks to make it happen?
  Answer : I don't recommend blending the paint, as it may damage the tips of the markers.
• Question : Can you use it on clay?
  Answer : I haven't tried using it on clay, but it should work on dry clay. If you do try it, please let me know your experience.
• Question : Are they easy to wash off surfaces and hands?
  Answer : Yes, they are easy to wash off surfaces and hands as they are liquid-based and don't dry super fast.
• Question : Can I use these markers to customize a phone case?
  Answer : You probably can, as they dry quickly. However, I personally use a sharpie for my phone case, and it works just fine.
• Question : I did not receive the product, I would like to know how I can redeem it.
