  Answer : It is compatible with LED strip light products, Modem, Speak, Smartphones, Aromatherapy Essential Oil Diffuser Cool Mist Humidifier, etc.
• Question : What is included in the package?
  Answer : The package comes with a 29.4V/0.95A AC/DC charger and cable.
• Question : What is the size of the output ports?
  Answer : The size of the output port for the 24V port is DC5525, while the 12V port is DC5521.
• Question : How long takes to fully charge the battery?
  Answer : About 5 hour
• Question : Is this a passthrough battery? Can I charge and discharge this battery at the same time?
  Answer : Yes you can use it while charging
• Question : Every time I plug in the battery pack to recharge sparks come out. I bought a second battery pack and it has the same issue. Should I be concerned?
  Answer : There are sparks if you make switch off(“O” position) while you connect charger with battery because there is big voltage gap between charger and battery (29.4v). But it’s safe. So we suggest making switch on first while recharging. (voltage gap less than 10v)
• Question : Will this power a handicapped mobility scooter?
  Answer : It’s ok if power less than 72w
• Question : Can the USB 5v output power a device simply by plugging the device in? Will the device see 5v or will I need to switch on the power cell?
  Answer : You need to put switch on if you need 5v USB power out.
• Question : How many volts? I need to power a 24v light that has a 5.1 male jack?
  Answer : It’s 24v volt, output port is 5.5*2.1mm fema
• Question : What is the highest amp (5 amp) charger usable with this battery pack?
  Answer : Yes but we suggest it’s better less than 3A
• Question : Can I wire battery in series to make 48 volts?
  Answer : No you cannot, you can connect our battery of LF120A1, LF4040 to 48v
