It comes with a ACDC 12.6V 1A Charger. The charger heating up during charging is normal and is a result of the translation of high voltage to a 12v charge. The battery pack features high voltage/low voltage protection circuitry, preventing overcharge/over discharge. The battery can last at least a year without load and should be recharged every 6 months. The battery pack has a power jack of 2.5mm x 5.5mm (ID x OD) but works with 2.1mm power jacks too. It can be delivered to the Russian Federation but will take about 3 weeks.
