The difference is this one is capsules and the red is the tablet both the same I try the capsule before but I like the tablets been taken them for 40 years.

Do the capsules have dark specks? If so what are the specks?

Could be iron speckled throughout, but I'm not sure.

Did they change from tablets to capsules?
