  Answer : You can fast active recharge for many smart devices at the same time.
• Question : Does this power bank come with a USB-C cable?
  Answer : No, it doesn't come with a USB-C cable.
• Question : Has anyone tested this battery to confirm if in fact it's a 38800 mah?
  Answer : I find 11.7AH, less than half of expected. The internal spec is 38.8HA @ 3.7V. Which means it should deliver 25.8AH @5V to your phone assuming 90% efficiency. I could only charge my 4333 maH phone 2.7 times.
• Question : How long does it take to charge this power bank?
  Answer : Ridiculous 10 hours charging mine. It's going back.
• Question : Can this device be charged while at the same time it is supplying power to other devices?
  Answer : It does charge while powering other devices at the same time only if you are charging this using the usb-c input. It would not work when using the micro usb input.
• Question : How many watt hours on this battery? is it within the tsa guidelines to take on a commercial flight?
  Answer : It's something like 138 watt hours. Currently, if the airline allows it, it's one of two batteries in the 101 to 160 watt hour batteries you can carry.
• Question : Is this a wireless charger?
  Answer : No, this battery pack is only usb backup for smart devices, no wireless function.
• Question : Is this charger Pass-Through charging compatible?
  Answer : yes
• Question : Will this charge my samsung galaxy s22 ultra?
  Answer : Yes, even while you are using it, you'll just need to get a USBA to USBC cable if you don't have one already. Just be aware that it is incredibly slow to recharge. The good news is you can charge it while discharging as well, so that's a bonus (nice for low powered iot devices as a power conditioner or ups).
• Question : Why is this rated at 38800mah when it is closer to half of that?
  Answer : Not sure, what you're referring to. I thought that for the rating it seemed to deplete quicker than I expected.
• Question : May I order new cable? The one I have is no longer charging
  Answer : It works well with generic cables of all types that fit the charger’s ports.
