• Question : Why do you have to wash your face again after using this? It seems you would be washing away all the hydrating benefits.
  Answer : You do not need to wash your face after use, just rinse or use a damp cloth to wipe off to remove makeup, etc. The hydrating benefits will still be applied. You only need to use the double cleanse method, if desired, when you have a lot of product on your face and/or for oily skin.
• Question : Does it cause breakouts?
  Answer : I can only speak for myself of course, but it seems to hydrate yet not causing any breakouts for myself. It goes on really smooth and it gets rid of all the make up. And then I rinse it off with a washcloth. Of course I wash with my face soap after that, but it is a wonderful product.

  Answer : I tried to remove mascara with it and it made my eyes watery for several days. I feel like it gave me pink eye so in my case I don't recommend. I never have that problem with ponds cold Cream.
