• Question : I ordered this and as pictured (which I did not notice) these are identified as a refill pack. What are they refilling? I can't find a dispenser.
  Answer : When I first ordered these it did have a blue plastic box with a lid, not really a dispenser and I found that the towelettes dried out faster in the box so I threw it out and just use the refills as they come....no problem, I love these things and highly recommend them.
• Question : Do they remove matte waterproof lipstick?
  Answer : Yes, that is basically all I wear. It takes a few times, but comes off then a rise with facial cleanser. Hope that helps!

  Answer : Neutrogena Makeup Remover Cleansing Face Wipes are gentle wipes that remove my makeup without irritation. They work better for me than soap and water and I don’t need to scrub to remove my makeup. They also do t sting my eyes like other brands.As a side note they also save my washcloths from the staining that makeup can cause.
• Question : What size are the towels when open for use?
  Answer : On the package it indicates 7.2 x 6.4. The one I used this evening very close to that measurement.
• Question : Why are they so expensive right now?
  Answer : Everything going up in price.
• Question : Will these remove waterproof sunscreen?
  Answer : Yes, they do! :) I use one to remove everything then a clean one to go over my face again. I really like them!
