Neutrogena Bright Boost Gel Cream is a lightweight moisturising gel-cream that is not greasy and works great under makeup. The line has multiple products that provide different benefits, however, if you are looking for an under-eye cream, this is not it! The cream is not great for sensitive skin as it can cause rashes. Users can use the Neutrogena Boost Gel Cream during the day and benefits using the night cream. The line is great, but it is better to treat your skin with the products that suit your skin type. Some reviewers did not like the fragrance and did not see a big difference in their skin tone or dark spots, and some had an issue with the packaging.
