  Answer : Yes. You have to mix it with a developer. I had dyed my hair platinum blonde so I mixed it with Salon Care 30 Volume Creme Developer.

  Answer : It will lighten it but it won't remove it all. My ends still had a dark brown dye in them and they came up but not nearly as light as my natural hair.

  Answer : Yes.
• Question : Is this a powder or already activated bleach?
  Answer : It's a powder. You must add the developer to activate it.
• Question : Does the cream developer come with it?
  Answer : No it doesn't. You can find the bleach and the creme developer cheaper at Sally's in my honest opinion.
• Question : what does this do? my hair is a strawberry blonde. will it make it a golden blonde?
  Answer : Because you have red undertones, you'll need to add a toner after bleaching. I recommend mixing the bleach with 30 volume developer to color your hair either all over or just highlights, then rinse after 20 minutes and add Wella T11 toner and 30 volume developer for another 20 minutes and then rinse. The toner will create an ash blonde that is more of an oatmeal blonde vs the brassy blonde without toner. Good luck and also look into YouTube videos on how to achieve brass-free blonde.
