• Question : Is the lens cleaner formula safe for all types of lenses?
  Answer : Yes, it's engineered for all lenses including anti-reflective and prescription.
• Question : Are the cloths durable for extended use?
  Answer : Yes, the ultra-fine and dense premium Japanese microfiber cloths are designed for unmatched performance.
• Question : Does the cleaner leave streaks or chemical residues?
  Answer : No, the formula is ultra pure and free from streaks, VOC's, and toxic chemicals.
• Question : If it's alcohol & ammonia free, then what is the cleaning product in the koala kleaner?
  Answer : It's just a mild detergent, not much different from liquid soaps you wash your hands with. Alcohol and ammonia are solvents which can damage lens coatings so any eyeglass cleaning fluid you buy shouldn't have them.
• Question : How long can you keep the microfiber cloth? All of my cloths before seem like they never look bad.
  Answer : The cloths are reusable and washable in a washing machine on delicate cold and then you just aid dry them. When they feel like they're getting dirty and are not as effective at cleaning, give them a wash and they'll last a long time.
• Question : Safe for anti glare, transition, polycarbonate lenses?
  Answer : Absolutely. These are safe for every type of lens with any type of coating. They are both alcohol and ammonia free.
• Question : Does this stuff go bad? There are particles in the bottom and is now leaving streaks on my glasses.
  Answer : I have had my product for 2 weeks and have not had a problem, no particles and does not leave streaks on my daughter's glasses.
• Question : When will the seller or manufacturer respond to all the complaints about floating debris in the solution?!
  Answer : I haven't had any floating debris in the solution.
• Question : Why are there particles in these bottles?
  Answer : On a very rare occasion if a bottle freezes under the wrong conditions, one of the surfactants can separate out causing 'floaties'. This is extremely rare. Contact us and we'll issue you a full refund. Very sorry your order was anything other than perfect!
• Question : Purchased 8 oz bottle on 11/20/19. Have been happy with product but today noticed white things floating in it - is something growing in the liquid?
  Answer : I have seen many people mention this. Click on the seller's name where it shows who the item is sold by and I believe you can then click to contact them. I would have your order number handy. I'm trying to decide if I should order this now.
• Question : I just received mine, but there are tiny particles in both solution bottles... I'm wondering why?
  Answer : Might be part of the cleaner ingredients. I would message the dealers but even so I have not had any issues in using the fluid on my glasses.
