• Question : Can 2 monitors be running at once? For example can I keep one camera unit in the kitchen and another in the bedroom. Will both run at the same time?
  Answer : 2 cameras can run on 1 monitor, but you cannot pair 1 camera to 2 monitors.
• Question : My monitor suddenly only works close to the camera. It used to have triple the range. Did something happen to the antenna? Did anyone experience this?
  Answer : If my monitor is sitting close to my phone I have to turn my phone WiFi off because the monitor will lose signal. That is the only issue I have had. Unless they are putting up a cell tower that might interrupt it maybe.
• Question : Out of signal? Can it be fixed without a new purchase?
  Answer : I turned off wifi，so fix the problem. if not，pairing can not show
• Question : Mine stopped working, charges battery but no screen display. Is there a metal spring inside behind the power button like one youtuber stated?
  Answer : I’ve had mine for four years and the monitor suddenly stopped powering on. It’s fully charged and the battery light is green but screen won’t power on. I’ve tried everything I can think of to fix it but nothing has worked.
• Question : How many cables does this come with? Any idea on cable length(s)? Thanks!
  Answer : 2 cords. The longer cord is 10ft and has an attached plug that can’t be removed. The shorter cord is 40in and is a USB end that requires a USB adapter plug (not included).
• Question : Can u purchase just charging cord? mine broke off in monitor. hopefully i can get it out.

• Question : Device is plugged in and side light is red - no other output from the device, even after jiggling battery. Any ideas for resolution?
  Answer : I’ve had to replace the battery when that happened.
• Question : Can one camera pair with multiple monitors? I hate moving the monitor from the living room to the bedroom at night.
  Answer : From my experience, no. A camera only reports to 1 monitor. It has to be re-paired to connect to a different monitor.
