• Question : What is the charging time of the emergency led bulb?
  Answer : The charging time of the emergency led bulb is 5-10 hours.
• Question : Can it be used as a camping light?
  Answer : Yes, it can be used as a camping light, flashlight, hook light, warehouse light, etc.
• Question : What is included in the pack?
  Answer : The pack includes 4pcs 5w rechargeable emergency led light bulb and 4 pcs power cap hooks with switch.
• Question : If I charge and store, how long will the bulb stay charged?
  Answer : Mine last overnight at least 8 to 10 hours before I turn it off. It probably will go longer but I turned mine off because it served its purpose.

• Question : My bulb stays on after I turn the lamp off for 10-15 minutes, starts flickering, then goes out. Why is that happening?
  Answer : you have not charged it long enough . or maybe you received a bad one . mine after 1 1/2 hours mine flicker . i wonder if you could change the battery in them?
• Question : Will this work for a antique lamp that has no power to it.
  Answer : once you screw in the adaptor, it will light without electricity so it will probably work in any kind of lamp.
• Question : I dont see how these would work on an unplanned emergency. They would always have to be on to charge, right? We don't keep our lights on. Now what?
  Answer : Yes, the lamp needs to be on for the bulb to come on in an emergency. We have ours on a timer that comes on for a few hours in the evening. A few hours is enough to charge the bulb. If the power goes of while the lamp is not on, you just have to turn it on for the light to come on. The bulbs work great.
• Question : Do I have to have the bulb turned on for 10 hrs to charge?
  Answer : No it will charge when you you use the light or you can buy the adapter that plugs into the wall and you charger them that way and no you do not have to charge them for 10 hours. I use them in all the important lights all the time.
• Question : How do you charge these bulbs? Do you screw them into a lamp socket then turn the lamp on?
  Answer : Put it back in the lamp for 8 to 10 hrs as the lamp is turned on it re-charges itself, and they then will go 3 to 4 hrs again
• Question : Do you leave the light on while charging? How long does it take to charge?
  Answer : It can be off. Screwing it into a plugged in lamp is all it needs. I believe the paperwork with it said charges in 6 hours? I got a pack of 4 and have not had to charge any yet. I use them in our shed and as emergency light if no power. Work great and it’s a bright light!
• Question : Why doesn't the bulb fit my lamp?
  Answer : Please check if the light fixture was fit.
• Question : what is the shelf life of this product?
  Answer : The bulbs I rec'd work only when screwed into an electric outlet. The promise that they will stay lit with an electric failure is yet to be shown. They do not work in the portable fixture. Maybe they just needed to be charged. At any rate, I would not purchase these again even though it is a great idea.
