• Question : Does the bug zapper come with batteries?
  Answer : Yes, the bug zapper comes with 2 AA batteries.
• Question : Is the bug zapper safe for children?
  Answer : Yes, the bug zapper is designed with a triple-layer of safety mesh and an activation button to prevent accidental zapping.
• Question : How does one access the battery compartment?
  Answer : Please turn the back side of the handle, and press the battery cover's bottom. If the battery cover is too tight to open. use a screwdriver or knife，press it down. Then the battery cover can be opened.
• Question : Will it work on Palmetto bugs in Florida? They're about the same size as the rackets.
  Answer : These rackets are not the best - I got another one that is better; but they do zap pretty much all types of bugs regardless of size.
• Question : Does this work on spiders or centipedes in a basement/room?
  Answer : Yes it does work on them if they make contact with the inner grid. I've killed many spiders and other annoying bugs and insects. Works great!

  Answer : The metal mesh size for our battery powered mini racket is about W 10.4X H 16.5cm.
• Question : Are they thick enough to work with yesso?
  Answer : What the hell is a yesso?
• Question : Is this strong enough to kill cicada killer wasps? Every year I have a swarm of them outside my back door.
  Answer : It would not work on a swarm. But if you are able to trap one against a wall or floor with the zapper, it may work. We killed a wasp this way.
