The ActionHeat 5V Men's Battery Heated Jacket with Tri-Zone Heating is a heated jacket that uses a generic battery module. It allows users to swap out the battery pack for a larger or smaller one depending on the weather and how long they plan to spend outside. However, some customers have reported issues with the product. One customer received the jacket without the battery pack, while another purchased two "jackets" but was sent two heated shirts with the same name, leading to a return for a refund. Another customer said that the heating element broke after four months of light use, and the manufacturer ignored their requests for repair post-warranty.
