  Answer : Mix 3-6 ounces of Black Mulch Dye per gallon of water. Apply using a pump-up garden sprayer or electric sprayer with a fan-flat style nozzle or medium mist nozzle. Wait a few minutes between applying multiple coats. Always test a small area first.
