The Key English Language Beginner Book has received a mixed reception among customers, primarily due to discrepancies between what they expected and what they actually received. Many users appreciate that the content provides a balanced review of both vocabulary and grammar, which suggests that the material is well-structured and useful for learners. However, a significant portion of the feedback highlights issues with the product itself, including the arrival of older editions rather than the promised revised version. Furthermore, the accompanying pen, which customers had high expectations for, is often described as underwhelming, likened to inexpensive options found at local discount stores. This has led to feelings of frustration among some buyers who anticipated a higher quality accessory, especially Considering the price point of around 4000 yen. Overall, while the educational content of the book is well-received, the related product experience has detracted from the overall satisfaction. **
