For a product to be FSA/HSA eligible it must fit within the guidelines provided by the IRS (508C IRS Code Section 213(d)) and be identified by the Special Interest Group for Inventory Standards (www.SIG-IS.org) who interpret those guidelines. We will soon add the maternity pads to FSA, thank you for bringing this to our attention, meanwhile Abri-San 4, Item # 9271 is the alternative option that is currently HSA and FSA approved.

Very long, they fit like pamper.

Yes, they will work for plus-sized women. I am plus-sized myself. They work wonderfully for me. The only con for me is there are no side wings. But they do the job.

The Abena Maternity Pads Premium are made of Breathable Textile Backsheet (BTBS), ECF fluff, nonwoven, PP, resin, and SAP. They are very long and wide, covering from the pelvic area to where the buttcrack ends. These pads are perfect for postpartum and the first days of heavy flow during menstruation. They are huuuuge, very absorbent, comfortable, and soft. They are also suitable for plus-sized women, although they do not have side wings. Abri-San 4, Item # 9271 is the alternative HSA and FSA approved product by Abena for those who prefer a similar option. However, the maternity pads will soon be added to FSA. Customers can request a refund or replacement if the product arrives damaged or defective.
