It was launched in 2016 as a more intense, charismatic and masculine version of the original Valentino Uomo fragrance released in 2014. The top notes feature fresh mandarin and clary sage oil, creating a suave leathery scent that is deep and bright, while the heart notes are composed of the elegance of iris absolute and tonka bean. The base notes come in black leather and vanilla bean scents. This perfume is very long lasting and will last throughout the day. Though it is not sweet smelling, it is similar to Dior por Homme intense and is a sure compliment getter. It comes in a factory sealed box but does not come with the spiked collar shown on the product image. The majority of customer reviews are positive, with many praising the unique and long-lasting scent. However, some customers found the scent to be a bit dull and lacking in a "wow!" factor.
