Peaceable Kingdom GMC7 Board Games Editorial Review
The award-winning Peaceable Kingdom Dinosaur Escape board game is a cooperative game for kids between the ages of 4 and 6 years old. The goal of the game is to work together with all players to help three dinosaurs safely escape to the Dinosaur Island before the volcano erupts. Players move the dinosaur movers around the board and uncover the matching dinosaurs under fern tokens. On your turn, roll the die to move any dinosaur mover the indicated number of spaces. Turn over one fern token anywhere on the board and if there is a dinosaur move it to the matching token to proceed to Dinosaur Island. Be careful not to turn over the T-Rex, or the player would have to move back to a start space. If you roll a volcano, place the volcano piece number 1 in the stand on the board. With simple memory and strategic gameplay skills, all players work together as a team against a common obstacle, the erupting volcano.
