- Question : How do you fill this thing?Answer : It should have come with an inflate tube. A fast food straw will work too. Blow it up and trap the air with your finger then slide the plastic plug into the hole.

- Question : Does this stay round when only part way inflated? I want a 4 or 5 inch ball and am hoping to use this just half inflated.Answer : I have mine inflated at various levels but not sure as low as half and they stay round. Not sure why or what you want to do with them half inflated but I use them less inflated so that my seniors in my Chair Fitness can grip them easily in one hand.
