Our products are designed to only warm when your pet is lying in the bed. You can test the pad by placing a large pillow on top of the bed. After about 20 minutes, feel under the pillow. It will feel warm, not hot. If you feel warmth, the product is working as designed. For use with 110/120 volt electrical current only.

Care InstructionsPillow - Unplug and remove the internal Pet Bed Warmer (heated model only). Wash the pillow on the gentle cycle with cold water. Line dry or use the no-heat cycle on your dryer. Shell - The shell is hand washable. Please DO NOT try to wash it in a washing machine. To hand wash, use a mild detergent, rinse thoroughly, and air dry. Please make sure to rinse extremely well as detergent can get trapped in the nylon fabric.
