I have had my stand sitting outside for a couple of months, so far I haven't seen any sign of rust.

The wheels do not roll. They are just part of the fixture.

The B08C2W4Z84 plant stand is loved by customers for its sturdiness and attractive design. It is small but cute, able to fit 5-6 smaller plants. Customers use it to give their indoor plants some outdoor time. The assembly process is easy and it is capable of holding heavy plant pots. The only downside is that the wheels do not actually turn. Overall, it is highly recommended for its strength and functionality.
