The mattress relaxes and conforms within the first few weeks of use. The seller has been responsive and helpful with customer issues, and unpacking and setting up the mattress is easy. However, some customers have reported issues with the mattress being too soft and sinking in the middle, as well as waiting for it to fully inflate and being disappointed with the refund process.
