    Answer : I don't know. I would report the ad, as I don't remember the ad stating it was made in Oklahoma when I bought these cups.
  • Question : Does this cup hold boiling hot water?
    Answer : Yes, it does, but it gets pretty hot to hold. I put it in the microwave for 3 minutes and never had a problem.
  • Question : BPA free?
    Answer : Yes, this tumbler is BPA free.
  • Question : Why are these marked as 8oz. when they only hold 7oz. at peak?
    Answer : Sorry, I can't answer that question. I only have the 5 ounce and 12 ounce ones that we use. They work fine for our residents in our assistant living and memory care. They're easy to hold, grip, wash, and put through the sanitizer. The residents love them.

The glasses arrived in good packaging and were free of scratches after washing. They are easy to clean with heavy-duty scrubbing pads. Overall, it is a great option for small drinks and juice.
