Answer : The user has not noticed any lag when using this with both Torque Pro app and the OBDlink app. The Bluetooth connect of this device works much better than the cheaper ones.

If your car is OBD1, trying to adapt an OBD2 scanner to it is like using a Windows 10 x64 PC and pretending it will connect to and run programs from an old XP, as they are two different protocols/platforms.

Answer : This device can be used for fully electric vehicles, and it works perfectly. The incompatibility refers to their app and not to the actual dongle unit itself. Use evnotify to extract all your information and you will be fine.
