I don't know about stopping hair loss but it does seem to be stronger and thicker. Its mainly used to hydrate your hair, give it shine, and stop frizz.

Yes, but you don't need to swallow capsules. You need to apply contents of the capsule on entire length of hair except your roots on your wet or damp hair after washing.

I think it's clear but I don't remember.

do you rub this in your scalp or only on length and ends? does it help with hair fall out?

You put it in the palm of your hand..rub hands together quickly and rub it into your hair. It does not help with hair fall out.
