Yes it can. Just push it down and turn it the opposite direction from opening it and it will lock in place.

Is it self tanning lotion?

Our Vaseline Cocoa Radiant Intensive Care Body Lotion moisturizes to heal dry and dull-looking skin making skin look more radiant. We do not recommend using this product as a self-tanner.

What does the fragrance smell like?

Smells like sweet cocoa. It’s really nice sm

Does this help with itchy skin?

If you are not allergic to fragrance, then it might help with Dry, Itchy Skin.

Can it be used for children under age 3?

I honestly don't know. The bottle doesn't say anything about 'do not use on children under the age of 3' so.....

When is expired date?
