The BISSELL PowerLifter Pet Rewind with Swivel Bagless Upright Vacuum has received overall positive reviews from customers. The vacuum has excellent suction power and maneuverability, easily cleaning hard floors and carpets. The 27' cord retracts quickly and requires minimal effort. The triple action brushroll with scatter-free technology cleans without releasing debris out the back. The washable filter is another point of admirability because there is no need for Constant replacement. The Febreze filter provides a fresh scent while vacuuming. The vacuum has a large dirt tank for holding a lot of dirt and hair. One disadvantage is the placement of the cord near the bottom of the handle, which can get tangled up. The Swivel part of the vacuum can be loose at times, making the machine turn inadvertently. The start button is the third issue because it's a plastic push pedal that can easily break.
