Not only does the AA-BOND FDA22 provide excellent bonding capabilities, but it also serves as an effective electrical insulator.

It offers low permeability to gases and vapors, as well as resistance against water, weather, galvanic action, petroleum solvents, lubricants, fuels, mild acids, alkalis, and many other organic and inorganic compounds. With its high viscosity, this adhesive allows for easy mixing and application. It adheres well to most metals, ceramic, glass, and plastics, making it suitable for a wide range of bonding, laminating, and repair applications.

The curing process for the AA-BOND FDA22 can be done either through heat or at room temperature. Upon curing, it provides a hardness rating of 78 Shore D, a linear coefficient of thermal expansion of 26.1 µin/in-°F, and a dielectric strength of 420 kv/in.
