Out of five pair I ordered, three were made in Mexico. The pair that felt like Real Levi's (dark stonewash 505's) were made in Bangladesh.

Why is the material so thin in these men's 505 regular fit jeans compared to older 505 men's regular fit jeans?

In my estimation these jeans feel as if they are recycled. Nothing in them seem new and the fit in the back is horrible.

I wear a 44x32 for levi's men's 505 regular fit jean. Will the 44x32 size be the same? Or since it's big & tall, will the size vary a bit?

The size should be the same. However, if the big & tall size was too loose, you could try the regular jean fit for a better fit.
